Built in 2005, Harris Square was one of the first large scale condominium projects to be constructed during the modern boom years of Fairhaven. There are a total of three condominium buildings with 82 residential condos and 6 commercial units in Harris Square.

The monthly association dues run between $200 - $300 for two bedroom units, which includes water, sewer, garbage, and earthquake insurance. Each building also features disabled access, fire sprinklers, an elegant lobby entrance, as well as an elevator. Most condos come with one parking space within the secured under ground parking lot, while some units have two spaces. There is also additional off site parking available near Harris Square.

Condos located on the north side of building B (960 Harris St) and the northwest corner of building A (910 Harris St) have views of Bellingham Bay. Condos located on the south end of building A (910 Harris St) facing west currently have views, but will be losing them when the adjacent building is constructed in the next couple of years. The remaining units do not have views of the bay, but have city or courtyard views.
