Glacier WA Homes for Sale There are homes for sale in Glacier within the two gated communities of Snowline and the Mt Baker Rim. Homes in Glacier, WA range in price from $250,000 up to $600,000. Most homes in Glacier are chalets or cabins including log homes, A frames, and Northwest style homes with cedar siding and metal roofs. Snowline near Mt Baker Snowline is the gated community located on the north side of the Mt Baker Highway, just before you reach the National Forest. Snowline features a pool, tennis and basketball court, large playfield, and clubhouse. While there are some older cabins located in Snowline, a majority of the homes were built in the 1990's and 2000's. Snowline is a popular location for skiing and snowboarding vacations at Mt Baker. The Mt Baker Rim The Mt Baker Rim is a gated community located just west of Snowline on the south side of the Mt Baker Highway.
