The community of Birch Bay encompasses 21.2 square miles with an approximate population of 5,000. Birch Bay Village Birch Bay Village is a gated community located on the northern shores of Birch Bay. There are nearly 1,000 homes located within the gates of the Birch Bay Village Community. Birch Bay Village features a private marina, 9 hole golf course, clubhouse, swimming pool, sports court, and play area. Homes for sale in Birch Bay Village range from $275,000 fixers up to $1,000,000 for no bank waterfront homes. The no bank waterfront in Birch Bay Village is spectacular and one of the best deals on oceanfront in the West Coast. Most of the homes on the waterfront were built prior to current zoning restriction and are safely built very close to the waterline.
